Dear members of the Commission on Legal Pluralism and others,
As you may be aware, the Commission on Legal Pluralism (CLP) is organizing its next international conference in conjunction with the IUAES Congress entitled ‘Evolving Humanity, Emerging Worlds’ in Manchester (UK). This Congress will take place on August 5-10, 2013 (see http://www.iuaes2013.org/).
The Commission has already received a number of panel proposals, which will shortly be posted on our website (http ://www . commission-on-legal-pluralism . com/). We are now calling for paper proposals as well as additional proposals for panels.
If your paper proposal fits with an existing panel, please send it directly to the panel organizer. Otherwise direct your paper and panel proposals to Janine Ubink (firstname.lastname@example.org). The deadline for proposals is August 1, 2012.
Paper proposals should be between 150 and 200 words in length. Besides a title, the proposal should include the name and affiliation of the presenter, and an email address.
Word of caution: Please do not send your proposals directly to IUAES, as the Commission has reserved a separate set of slots.
We look forward to seeing your wonderful set of ideas, and to meeting again shortly in Manchester.
Maarten Bavinck, President
